Behold my awesome drawering skills.

"Brad Collins is fully committed to the mission. He writes and sometimes draws comics. He also collects comic art and reviews movies and stuff. He probably owns more DVDs than you do. This is his 3rd guest strip. Warning, it contains the L word. He doesn't know it, but we have mutual acquaintances in Jase Badower and Ben Templesmith." - Penni

A few weeks ago, for about five minutes, I was planning on putting together the crappiest comic pitch I could and send it to Marvel. It'd be drawn by me and feature a weird villain, two fights and a chase scene. I'd do sample colours in crayon, and cite my influences as Tom DeFalco and Chuck Dixon.

I got as far as making the cover, then realised I don't really have that much time to waste.

Had a great art day a few weeks ago, but of course my scanner (which I got for my birthday about seven years ago) is buggered, so I can't scan much of it at all. I have several nice Firestorm, What If, and tasty other pages, when I have access to a scanner again. Whenever that might be. One thing I do have a scan of, is one of my favourite pieces now, the cover to Xer0 #8, from the Face-cover month that DC did, by Chris Cross.
This is my latest guest strip for the webcomic Mekka Blue. Potentially my most controversial comic yet.

Mekka says:
"Chances are, you have seen Brad’s stuff here before. He did a guest strip in the first sessions, and another one last year. In the strips, he used pictures of himself which bear such a striking resemblence to me that people asked me where he had those photos from. But taking a look at his website, you can simply see that we do look alike, kind of. Okay, Brad, thanks a lot for taking part again, it’s always a pleasure to have you… and may the force be with you."

First proper comic I've made in ages. Feels good.

Not much to say about this right now, except that its a mash-up of the Jack Chick tract "The Greatest Story Ever Told" and Rock'n'Roll Comics: Vanilla Ice.

Hope you like it.

This is pretty juvenile, but its funny if you live in my house.

Who needs photoshop? This cut-up was done old school.

And yes, there were that many instances of the word 'balls' on one comic page.
